DS‑MP30 Series Automatic Video Melting Point Apparatus | CHNSpec

The CHNSpec DS-MP10 / DS-MP20 / DS-MP30 fully automatic video melting point meters are designed for pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and research testing fields. The instruments support both automatic detection and visual observation modes, allowing automatic determination of sample melting points. They also come with a high-definition camera and video recording/playback capabilities, enabling real-time observation and recording of the sample’s change from initial melt to complete melting, making it easy to review and trace results. The measurement range goes from room temperature up to 400°C (380°C for the DS-MP10), with a minimum display of 0.01°C, and the heating rate can be continuously adjusted from 0.1 to 20°C/min.

All models come standard with a 10.1-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen and an embedded operating system, and can connect to a LIMS system. With up to 128GB of storage, 40,000 sets of melting point data storage, 4-level password management, and electronic signature/data traceability features, they balance measurement accuracy, testing efficiency, and data management needs, making them suitable for laboratory melting point testing and QC quality control.
